Track chain belongs to the undercarriage of various heavy machinery. Its main function is to connect the forward motion generated by the pedals with the wheels with driving characteristics to cause continuous forward motion. It has two types, one is sealed type, another is lubricated type.
Round steel forging, heat treated parts, rubber ring.
Round steel forging. Use round steel and adopt forging technique, heat treatment and surface hardening, not easy to stretch.
Heat treatment parts. Track link, Shaft and bushing are both heat treated, increase its whole hardness.
Rubber ring. Use rubber ring, has good sealing and dust proof.
The track chain is usually packed with plywood pallet or iron pallet, 2 track chains on one pallet for one unit machine. The pallet we use all meet the export standard and are strong enough to ensure the security of all track chains. After track chains arrival, it is also easy to operate to ship from the destination port to customer’s yard.
