Track chain is a very important parts of the whole chassis, it plays the role of transmit driving torque and support the machine body. Together with matched track bolts, nuts and track shoe, it forms a complete track assembly.
Good raw material, surface hardening, high local hardness.
High level raw material. Use high strength material 35MnB, make sure the track chain of good quality.
Surface hardening. The surface is heat hardened to ensure the wear that occurs is not so uneven.
High local hardness. Surface medium frequency, quenching and tempering, increase local hardness of the track chain.
Cutting → Forging → Rough machining → Quenching and tempering → Medium frequency →Tempering → Finishing → Assembly → Painting
Use the strong and export standard pallets to pack the track chain, plywood pallet or iron pallet. In order to prevent dust and paint from being scratched off, we will wrap a film around the packages. Each shipment arrival to customer’s address and even construction site is intact.
